Flange

We have 25,000 sqm plant equipped two production lines, complete inspection and testing equipments and instruments,

main production equipments include: 5000 tons oil hydraulic press machine, 8 m ring rolling machine,

6.5m digital vertical lathe, 6.5m rapid digital drilling machine, 8.5m dia. electric heating furnaces,

which can produce large and complete forging pieces with max dia. 8m and max unit weight 15 tons.

Products includes large wind turbine tower flanges, nuclear project flanges, large engineering machinery turning flanges,

large gear ring etc. Production capacity can reach 50,000 tons of large ring pieces and 2000 sets large wind turbine tower flanges.

We have acquired production certificates and QMS certificates from the authoritative institutes in USA, German, France and China.
