0.6/1kV insulated PVC sheathed power cable
(Including common cable, flame retardant cable, fire resistance cable and low smoke,
Low halogen, retardant cable)
Characteristics and Applications of the Products
PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable has the advantages of not only good electrical properties and chemical stability, but also simple construction and convenient to use. It applies to electrical power transmission and distribution lines with A.C. rated voltage Uo/U up to and including 0.6/1kV.
The main features of the flame retardant power cable are hard to get fire or that the continUous burning of cables is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to power-generated station, subway, tunnel, high-storey building, large-size factory and mines, oil field and coal mine with many cables laid tightly together.
Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning except that it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is used in the places such as nuclear power station, subway, tunnel, high-storey building and other places concerning to fire security and its lifesaving.
The main characteristics of low smoke, low halogen, flame retardant power cable is low smoke emission and low release of HCL gas besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in the places with special demands of the density of smoke emission and the release value of HCL gas when cable gets burning such as subway, tunnel, high-storey building, naval vessel.
Standards of the products
The cable is manufactured in accordance with, the standards of GB12706.2 or IEC 502.It can also be produced according to special requirements put forward by clients.
Beside the standards mentioned above, the flame retardant properly of the flame retardant cable must meet the corresponding demands of class A, B or C which is stipulated in GB 12666.5 or IEC332-3.Amongst the 3 class, class A is best, while C worst. Clients can select any type of cable as practical needs.
Fire resistance property of the fire-resistance cable can be classified as class A (950 o C~1000 o C/90min) and class B (750 o C~ 800 o C/90 min.)
Low smoke, low halogen, flame retardant power cable is produced in accordance with our enterprise standard. Its flame retardant properly must meet the corresponding requirements of class A, B or C which is stipulated in GB 12666.5 or IEC 332-3. Furthermore, Its opic-penetrated rate shall be not less than 35 percent, while the release value of HCL gas not larger than 100mg/g.
