This invention is about hair restoring composite using antioxdant activity of Vitamin C or vitamin C derivatives,
which contains the complex of vitamin C or vitamin C derivatives, having execellent antioxidant effect 
while keeping its stability in water solution, stabilized from water-soulble Beta glucan and trehalose.
The composite uses the antioxidant activity of vitamin C or vitaminC derivatives, which not only prevents 
sebum generated by active division of pilar cyst cells
due to trehalose, which is a disaccharide, from being accumulated as peroxide lipid on scalp 
but also revitalizes pilar cyst because of the increasing immunity of Beta-glucan, to grow new hair, 
having effect on the prevention of hair loss and the growth of hair with no side effects on scalp.
