high fructose syrup is derived from high qualilty corn starch through hydrolysis by enzyme preparation , reaction by isomerase,refining,the content of fructose is more than 42%.it has the same sweet as sucrose ,but better taste than sucrose .today it has taken the place of sucrose ,and has been widely used.
F42 high fructose syrup is widely used in many industries such as beverage ,frozen food ,dairy products,baking food,ratafee,jelly,flavoring etc.
