HYGETROPIN^® is produced by gene recombination DNA technology. It contains high-purity human growth hormone (hGH) consisting of 191 amino acids. The amino acid series of the HYGETROPIN^® is equivalent to the human growth hormone (hGH) secreted by human hypophysis and its biological titer has been determined by cell proliferation tests.

HYGETROPIN^® is an aseptic and freeze-dried powder. It can be used in subcutaneous injection after being diluted with water. After dilution, this substance is close to liquid state. The concentration of the growth hormone is 3.2mg/ml (8IU), and its PH value is about 7.4. Each pial of the medicine contains 3.2mg (8 IU) HYGETROPIN^®.
