The VH 20108 is a fully automatic machine of the latest design incorporating many years experience in its construction.

Extra strong welded steel construction for the cope with the required production pressure. Upper and lower circumferential frame, 2“C“ frame segments for door mounting.  Door with 95° opening. Door mounting with amply dimensioned hinges, hydraulically locking with bolts, monitored by safety switches. The locking stays closed in case of power blackout, hydraulic pressure drop or hose respectively pipe breakage.

The steam chambers are built in sandwich construction with outer 10 mm steel plates, combined with internal plates made of stainless steel, constant supported. The plasma cut steam nozzles have a slot width of only 08 mm for optimal steaming and easy cleaning. Insulation of the steam chamber against loss of heat. Special silicon tube sealing for extra long durability and absolute tightness.

Steaming of the chambers by long hole 60 x 20 mm, inlet in the frame cross-section. Therefore no complex steam supply by tubes with fault liability.

The machine is controlled by a SIEMENS SPS S7 and visualised as well as operated by a SIEMENS colour 12“ touch screen.

Hydraulic pump 7.5 kW, hydraulic tank with collecting tray, pressure gauge, distributor and all valves. Hydraulic cylinders according to ISO-standard.

An amply dimensioned filler on top of the block mould stands for minimal fill time. Exhaustion of the air from the steam chamber by high-pressure suction blower, 7.5 kW.

Free programmable steam intervals. All kinds of steaming may be set at the display, for example from the door to the rear panel or from the rear panel to the door or from the right side to the left side or inverse or from both sides to the top and to the bottom.

A vacuum system consisting of a vacuum vessel and 1 vacuum pump are installed on the machine.

The exact monitoring of the foaming pressure is ensured by an electronic pressure sensor.

Ejection of the block is a combination of a very short-time steam jet from the rear panel and hydraulic ejector.

The machine is built in accordance with the CE standards and includes a block mould silo, a chain conveyor and an accumulating chain conveyor.

The design gives maximum protection to the operator.

The VH 20108 is designed for the production of EPS blocks with gross dimension:

2,080 x 1,060 x 860 mm       (L x W  x H)

For finished blocks with net dimension:

2,000 x 1,000 x 800 mm       (L x W  x H)
