Main features:
 
1. Turrect structure:  Thick turret structure (80mm), same as AMADA, MURATA, STRIPPIT, LVD;
 
2. Tools: Long-guidness tools, many large diameter tools; total 6 tools diameter more than 31.8mm, easy for user operation; Life can be 300,000 to 500,000 times!
 
3. Ball screw and linear rail: H-grade (high precision) from Germany  Rexroth; They are large diameter (40mm), larege lead (32mm), high rigidity, long life and fast speed. The linear rail is of big section and four slides.
 
4. CNC control system: FAUNC 0i-PC from Japan specially for CNC punch press.
 
5. Frame: Frame is annealed strictly for 72 hours and short-blasting treated. Frame weight 16T.
 
6. Transmission mechanism: XY axis ball screw and servo motor are of direct connection, high  movement accuracy.
 
7. Hydraulic system: Complete set of hydraulic system assembly original from Germany H+L.
