Rice-Cereal exporter: Should your company be
exporting to the United States, our company can
help you comply with the 2002 U.S. food & beverage law
which went into effect in 2003. We will register your
food facility with the US government and serve as the
required U.S. Regulatory Agent {not the same as commercial
sales agent.}

We also provide Advanced Notice service before
your shipments arrive U.S. ports. This is also
necessary per U.S. food laws.

WARNING:
Foreign food companies failing to register or
appoint a United States Regulatory Agent will have their
export shipments blocked at all U.S. ports beginning
in 2003. Failure to provide Advanced Notices
likewise results in denied U.S. entry.
