My factory now is in the position to supply the Apricot Puree Concentrate, details as follows:
1. Raw material: 100% fresh ,sound ,ripe apricot.
2. Brix: 30/32%
3 .Bostwick:<=12cm/30sec at brix 20%
4 .Howard mold count:<=20% positive field
5 .Ph: 3.2/4.2
6 .Acidity (citric acid):1.2/3.8% mg/kg
7 .Color: Product shall be unformly bright apricot (yellow -orange) color , free from discolouration.
8 .Foreign matter: free from pits, stems ,skins, dirt and other foreign matters.
9. Heavy metals: Sn<200mg/kg, Pb<1mg/kg, Cu<5mg/kg, As<0.5mg/kg.
10. Flavor and Taste: typical of the apricot puree , no off taste and odor.
