We have available a number of impurity levels of Tire Wire scrap or Steelcord scrap.  The impurities are in the form of adhered rubber and fibre / fluff.
Steelcord is used to reinforce tires, due to its properties, such as high tensile strength, stretch, and high resistance to both tension and compression.
Tire wire scrap is termed as s a malleable steel, characterized by High Tensile Carbon Steel content.
It is available in chopped form in wire diameters from 0.20 to - 0.80 mm and is obtained through the grinding of wasted tyres, after magnetic separation from the rubber and fibre

Steel cord scrap is non-hazardous but special handling waste product.  Its exportation from the U.S. is allowed.  Copies of import licenses  will be required to be provided from the importer clearly showing the authority to import this material, this is required for customs clearance prior to shipment commencing.
