Adopting computer controlled filament winding technology, FRP storage tank and brewing tank in food grade based on food grade resin matrix are safe and hygienic without toxicity and taste, which ensures the sanitation requirement of products. It is applied in food storage and transportation of sauce, vinegar and others through selection of food grade resin and strict post process techniques. Adding exterior insulation layer while manufacturing helps improve its insulation efficiency and maintain its necessary temperature during sauce fermentation. 
Its main characteristics are as follows: 
1. Excellent physical property its density is 1.8-2.1, being equal to 1/4-1/5 of steel; and its specific strength is higher than steel, cast iron and plastic. Its thermal expansion coefficient is approximately the same with steel; while its thermal conductivity is only 0.5% of steel; 
2. Flexible design ability and excellent structural property of tank wall enable its constituent materials to fully display and to be selected reasonably; 
3. Smooth and clean surface which can be washed easily;
4. Against animalcule corrosion;

9. The insulation layer can be manufactured and the heating and cooling equipment can be added on the tank as per the requirement of clients.
