SKCY CNC hydraulic turret punch press is a new generation hi-tech punching machine researched and devised by our company technical staff. It adopts hydraulic transmission method. The machine body is integrated welded structure, firm and durable.

Main components:

CNC system, ball screw, linear guide, servo system, hydraulic power system, magnetic valve, cylinder, proximity switch, power supply, mould, float clamp, automatic programming.

1) it adopts high precision thicken turret which is made by wear-resistant material subtly. Using long-guide mould assures the alignability, which enlarges the mould life.

2) It adopts the original CNC system of SIMENS from Germany with standard RS232 interface, language changing between Chinese and English, powerful diagnostic function and universal G-code programming.

3) It adopts digital AC servo motor to assure operating speed and running smoothly, long time precision and high reliability.

4) Hydraulic power system is imported from Germany to assure the machine power performance and reliability. Low noise, less heat and energy-saving.

5) It adopts standard full float clamp, which is up-down structure to avoid material twisting and transmutation and moved conveniently. It uses brush steel ball compositive worktable. Plate can be processed smoothly and no noise, no scratch.

Computer automatic programming system—AutoSoft

AutoSoft is a new generation automatic programming marking system, which is researched and devised by ourselves based on learning of the same kind foreign programming advantages in order to improve programming quality and efficiency of

CNC punching machine, shearing machine and punching and shearing compounded machine. This software is suitable for both imported and domestic CNC system with high general usage. Processing code and information can be formed automatically according to different CNC system of foreign and domestic.

The system function:

Graphics design and edit.

Mould system operation.

High automation: automatic choosing mould, automatic repeat location, automatic optimization, route optimization.

Manual intervention: adjusting and changing mould, choosing partial for processing, compensating direction, processing order, processing craftwork changing, stop and connection, adjusting punching location of cylinder repeating.

AUTOCAD interface function: Drawing designed by AUTOCAD can be accepted by this system and form processing program without any treatment.

Automatic marking system: It can mark hardware in order according to processing plan and modify marking drawing manually according processing requirement.

Parameter adjustment: parameter can be adjusted according to machine requirement like: clamp position, tiny joint size, processing range, reference point, stations, rotary station, clamp confirmed area size, graphic tolerance, smashing size, cylinder distance, distance between punching head and cylinder, punching arc mould size, out punching contour mould size, and so on.

Processing efficiency and route can be reflected synchronously.
