Mulberry is the fruit of the mulberry tree, and the black mulberry tree are gathered. This black mulberry is good for diabetes and the five visca, heightens the functions of the ears and eyes, and when consumed over long periods of time it gives white hair color again, prevents againg, protects the liver and kidneys, grows blood, and rids one of paralysis. The mulberry is harvested in June and then fernented with yeast added base loquor and filtered to be ripened for 6 months before botting.

As a fruit wine created by fermenting 100% mulberry and aging for over 6 months, the wine has a concentrated and sweet taste, and the perfume and elements of the mulberry are melted within giving it a soft finish.
