Kerr-Shaw has routinely exhibited the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. Jill currently serves as a Personal Care Manager with AIC, which is an ISO Registered sales and marketing company that has been serving the North American marketplace for the past 40 years. The company’s long term partnerships with global manufacturers has allowed them to provide their customers with consistent sources of quality raw materials. AIC also offers a complete line of biochemical products as well as vast selection of personal care, pharmaceutical, industrial chemical, plastics additives, and much more.

In her role as Personal Care Manager, Jill is charged with the responsibility of working towards the growth of AIC’s Quebec market for their personal care line. She is responsible for working directly with suppliers and establishing new product awareness in the marketplace. Jill is also actively involved in customer relations, which includes following up with them to ensure they have received excellent products and service.

Jill is a member of the Quebec Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists. She also participates in the Ontario Chapter of the organization as well as the Society of Cosmetic Chemists’ Suppliers’ Day. In addition, Jill is involved with the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology. During her collegiate career, she attended John Abbott College where she was the MVP of her college soccer team. Jill was also part of the 35 & over Western Champions of Canada in women’s soccer.
