Marlo as an HR Business Process Analyst with Anglo American Platinum Ltd., which is the world’s leading primary producer of platinum group metals, accounting for about 40% of the world’s newly mined platinum. The company is involved in the mining, processing, refining, and marketing of the entire range of platinum group metals including platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium. Marlo is responsible for the design and implementation of human resource business processes, projects, and SAP HR as well as payroll enhancements and support.

During her collegiate career, Marlo earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management, Labour Law, and Financial Management from the University of Pretoria. She also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of South Africa. In addition, she completed training in Information Systems at the SAP ERP Academy.
