For finding more business opportunities, don't forget to post trade leads and we would like to inform you how to post
them directly for helping you use our service usefully.

1. So, first go to your member area.
2. Click 'Post Trade Leads'.
3. Fill the form of .
4. When it finished, check your trade leads in .

If you need to change the contents of posting trade leads, press to modify them in View My Trade Leads.
Or when you want to delete them, check the box of trade leads and press 'Delete'.


It takes around 3-4 hours for trade leads to be posted on Trade Leads.
And other buyers can find your trade leads by putting keyword in search box or directly in categories.


 
We would give you some tips for finding right HS code number.

1. Log in first and go to member area,
2. When click <Create My Company Profile>,
    you can see the 'HS Code Reference' on the right of trade category.
3. Press it and HS code list will appear. Just enter your product in the box and press <Search>,
    our search engine will show your HS code number.

When you click HS Code reference, the new page cannot be appeared on existing page.
So please check the under menu bar.
If difficult to find proper HS Code, please let us know to help your registration.


Before registering your catalog, please scan the image at the below size;

1. for small size: 80*80 pixels(only gif format is available!)
2. for middle size: 180*180 pixels(gif or jpg)
3. for large size: 360*360 pixels is enough.(gif or jpg)


 
EC Plaza doesn't provide our members' e-mail address on our site to prevent spam mail.
So <Send Inquiry E-mail> menu at the end of the trade leads page and homepage helps a visitor contact you directly by completing an inquiry form.


Received inquiries are supposed to be delivered to your primary mail registered on your account directly.
The number of inquiry marked in status is added when other members click <Send Inquiry E-mail> to contact you.


a. While you are surfing on ecplaza.net,
    you can store all the information like trade leads, catalogs,
    and other company's information you want to have by clicking 'Add to Cart'

b. You can see your cart in main page and other pages by clicking on " Inquiry Cart ( 0 / 0 )".
    Or you can also see by clicking on 'Member Area' -'Cart Manager'

c. Sending group inquiry mail
    If you click on the target company name and 'Send Inquiry' in your Inquiry Cart,
    you can send mail to over 20 people at once.

d. After clicking on 'Send Inquiry' and filling out Inquiry Form below,
    you can send same inquiries to many people


 
Login problem is related with setting of 'cookies' in your computer. So please follow the instructions below to solve your problem :

A. Please check if cookies are enabled.(Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x version)
    1. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
    2. Click the Security tab.
    3. Click the Internet zone
    4. Select a security level other than High.

Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click <enable for both cookie Options>.
If you use another version, the information of 'Login F&Q' in help menu is helpful.

B. It also can be related with the temporary internet file, which contains old pages not reloaded.
    Please try to delete the file like this;
    1. Click the <Tool> in the menu bar on the web,
    2. Choose the <Option>,
    3. And press <delete> in the temporary internet file. It might be useful for you to connect the page properly.


Please check JavaScript, which is one of program language in web browser to make web page active.
If it doesn't be enabled in your PC, some pages don't react when clicking the button like this case.
So we would inform you how to enable it like the bellow;

A. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
    1. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
    2. Click the Security tab.
    3. Click the Custom Level, scroll to the Scripting section, and then click Enable for Active Scripting.
        And if using other version, the information in <Login FAQ> will be helpful to you.

B. The problem can be related with the temporary internet file, which contains old pages not reloaded.
    Please try to delete the file like this ;
    1. Click the <Tool> in the menu bar on the web.
    2. Choose the <Option>.
    3. And press <delete> in the temporary Internet file. It might be useful for you to connect the page properly.
