a. Visit www.ecplaza.net and click "E-mail" on the right side of the front page.
 
 
 
 
b. You will go to Web Mail Login page. Type your ID and Password
      (case-sensitive, six-character minimum)and press "Login" button. Then you will see Check Mail page.
 
 
 


 
After you login, you can check your E-mail 'Inbox' folder.
 
 
 


 
You can write message by clicking Compose tab.
 
 
 
 
(1) Type the E-mail address of each recipient in the "To" line.
(2) Type a brief description in the "Subject" line.
(3) Type your outgoing messages.
(4) To send a file with a message, click ¡°add¡± from "Attachment¡± line and then, browse to select the file.
  *Currently EC Plaza provides 10 MB of E-mail storage.
(5) To keep a record of messages you send, select the "Save copy of outgoing message to Sent folder" check box above the message area.
(6) To send the messages, click "Send".


 
 This is to manage incoming E-mails effectively.
 Basically Sent, Draft, Trash folders are created and you can add folders if you want.
 
 a. Sent : Folder for sent messages.
 b. Draft : Folder for draft messages.
 c. Trash : Folder for deleted messages.


 
 
 
 
(1) Mail Preferences: Customize your Inbox view. Change your outgoing name and address.
(2) Signature: Attach a custom signature to your outgoing messages.
(3) Auto Reply & Forwarding: Send a custom, automatic message response when you are away.
(4) Block Addresses: Block addresses from which you don¡¯t want to receive mail.
(5) Check Other (POP) Mail: Retrieve mail from all your other accounts into your EC Plaza Mailbox!
(6) Filters: Sort your incoming mail automatically into designated folders or to your mobile device. Filter out unsolicited email.
