Consequently, DOT Services were born in 1997 as
parcel service division.
We are associated all over India with the best
regional transport companies, and we assure
guaranteed delivery to your clients, with the
least possible intermediaries in combination
with shorter transit-times.
With the back-up of services and technical
know-how from our international partners, our
efficient service network ensures that your
valuable consignment reaches its destination
in scheduled time-frame. Towards achieving
this, we have bifurcated our services into
2 distinct categories EPS and RPS.
>>>>EPS - Our Express Parcel Service,
ensures that your consignment reaches its
destination within 24 hours for urban and
metropolitan areas, and 48-72 hours in case
of hilly or rurally located areas in the
interior of the country.
We accept consignments from 1kg upto and
including 1250 kgs in the form of parcels,
packets or pallets. Pick-up and delivery is
carried out on a door-to-door basis.
>>>>RPS - Our Regular Parcel Service,
where in we accept consignments from 100 kgs
upto and including 7000 kgs. The transit time
to the destination is fixed as per our
schedule, and at nominal cost, we undertake
warehouse -to -warehouse pick-up and delivery.
We also arrange door-to-door pick-up and
delivery at a moderate extra charge.
A fleet of vehicles including trucks, vans,
LCV etc. criss-crosses the country round-the-
clock taking complete care of collection and
delivery of your consignments. All delivery
vehicles are manned by staff suitably qualified
for the job in order to ensure complete
accuracy at all stages of cargo movement.
Throughout the journey, your consignment receives
priority handling and clearence, round the clock
tracking and proof of delivery, with attention
to detail and strict adherence to high
standards of services from pick-up to delivery.
