Research and Development
Our R&D Department is composed of designers, engineers, and sales personnel. These persons combine forces to design and manufacture marketable items. Our R&D department must be aware of several variables when developing new ideas. Flexibility and cooperation are necessary characteristics. Depending on the product, our R&D Department must be knowledgeable of several specifics. Our products must pass our own strict specifications.
Our strictness ensures customers satisfaction and our good reputation. For many of our products, issues of developing better models and OEM products come into play.

| | QA/QC Introduction
Our quality control department ensures that all our products are in accordance with our strict regulations. There are three types of quality control, including IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), and QR (Quality Control reassurance).
IQC is performed for the materials we use to create our products. The AQL's (Acceptable Quality Levels) regulations determine the method of product testing. The number pieces we have determine how many products are inspected. IPQC occurs during the production. This process involves several groups of people. One of these groups is the Production Engineers. Their office is within the factory, right next to the assembly lines. These people are responsible for the technical issues that occur on the assembly lines. Once the assembly has been completed, another group of quality control personnel inspect the completed products at random. They make sure that the products to be shipped are up to our customers' requests and standards. |
